Innovation Coaching at Hackathons
In the last years I participated as innovation coach and facilitator at different hackathons to help engage multidisciplinary teams in agile methods in order to develop an idea that has the chance to solve the given problem statement.
Programs of participation: Hack 4 Youth, Impact Hub Leipzig, JIP Hackathon

WHAT ARE HACKATHONS ?
Hackathons are planned events where problem owners present challenges to be solved by multidisciplinary teams, guided by a facilitator or agile coach.
IMPACT
At hackathons, teams present their ideas at the end to the problem owner. Presentations typically include a value proposition and an explanation of how it addresses the challenge. This process allows the problem owner to gain deeper insights into the problem, understand relevant user groups, and find inspiration to further refine the value proposition. Solutions often draw on the diverse expertise of the team, providing fresh perspectives and radical inspiration for the problem owner.
